A president can make any document unclassified, but not personal. Even if something's personal, it's not necessarily owned by the president. So apparently on day one, when a material is presented or created, you're supposed to designate a personal or a government on day one. But what if there's something that didn't get classified that way as personal and then later on, the president wants to claim it as personal? Right? So then who gets to decide? Well, I think judicial watch wanted the courts to decide, and the courts basically said that's not their job. Isn't that weird? It's just a black hole.
