Mark O'Mara: I think that it is sobering, as you say, we use that metaphorically about I'd rather dive and have to keep doing this. And yet in the rising and sometimes even quite prominent occasions of pastors committing suicide, it is about many things. He says there's a feeling that we can never measure up. They will never come along. It will never go anywhere. So if we don't do this kind of work structured, then I think the chances that we're going to be able to stand beyond this with any integrity or capacity are very much up for grabs.
