How Does White Supremacy Work?

In the 1940s, there was something called the Clark's Doll Experiments in which they had children sit a white doll and a black doll in front of them. They saw the white doll as more beautiful and more intelligent and smart and good; also the black doll is bad and ugly. And so most of those kids, I'm sure, weren't part of the KKK, but they had internalized these socialized ideas that were rampant in American society.
