I'm big on the aspect of prayer and meditation and the spiritual aspect, because I'm also in recovery myself from drugs and alcohol. spirituality was a very big part of my recovery and I found that the same thing in trading it helps me definitely stay balanced and stay centered. The aspect of helping other people is also very big that I feel in turn helps myself quite a bit. If you had to give advice for a retail trader who's struggling what would that advice be?
