Productized Consulting: A Creative Direction for SaaS Businesses
Last summer I set out to create SaaS for consultants. Originally it was supposed to be a SaaS, which looks like a Trello board. It allows consultants to juggle questions from one interview stage to another. The first discovery was that I'm not going to serve the audience of consultants at all. Just because they're not a fraction as nice as the audience of SaaS founders,. They constantly struggle so the recurring model is not for them.
