High Rup Training Can Help You Build Muscle
Research shows that there doesn't seem to be a strong relationship, or any relationship at all, between getting a pump and building muscle. If you are one of those masicistic people who enjoy it, then it's ok to include some of it in your training. I would recommend to doing it at the end of your workouts, after your heavier work with isolation exercises. And so if you like it, go ahead and do it.
