S i belong to a peasant and workers organization called the masdur and masuki san shati sangatan. We work in a rural area in central radistan. They find that many of the men folk who are alcoholics find it very easy to go out. And so these women found that in the excise act, there was a provision that if people in apancat or ward municipal ward area did not want alcohol sold in their area, they could ask for a referendum. Now since then, there've been five times that this process has taken place. 90 % of the votes passa referandum to stop liquor sales.
