We land on this idea of self-identification, and I don't necessarily think that's a bad way to go. And yet you see the problem because people are going to answer it in all kinds of strange, wondrous ways. The trend most markedly with the LGBTQ plus group. Over time, they keep adding letters. They're all putting their hands up saying, "I want to be counted also"
