People tried to sail an emigrate from the ports. Especially marseilles, was a large place where people would try to leave france to go abroad as well. People who were are opposed to either the notses or vishi. Because that's not necessarily the same thing. There are some people who are very against the noes in notsi germany, an occupation by a foreign country,. but may in some way still support visi as a legitimate government in France. But a people who are fighting against the nates, or definitely targeted by by both the nates and n v ch as well.
