Are You a Writer?

I was in new york an like, 89, 90, 91, 92, i went away for a year and then back, 95, through two thousand, eh, e never saw you. For a while everyone thought i was a writer. I think when you're artist so, or you are aspiring to be an artist, you want to be recognized for your shit. Do people? Ah, it doesn't need an audience, does it? If that's the question, if you write and nobody reads it, are you a writer? If you play your guitar, just whe i'm just asking, what was your intent? Not really, ecause it wasn't very good.
