How I Dedicated My Career to the Art of Innovation
For me, innovation wasn't something that I thought I would necessarily go into. It come really does come from if there's a problem, I want to solve it. And my initially thought I'd do that through an academic route. So study did my PhD, absolutely loved working in academia, but also wanted to have a much bigger impact in the world. But what I found I had a skill set for was really that problem solving piece and looking at what comes next for the business. That's really what I've just focused on for pretty much the rest of my career. And I hope that I continue doing it for the rest ofmy career.
