The Fear of Raising Money in a Crisis

The interest rate cap only caps your interest rate, but you're still paying the debt. If it comes back down, then you just have your normal spread of 3% plus sofurt and then you don't even need the rate cap. So they're looking at six to nine hundred thousand or so. That's for one year. Right. But I think you hit on a great point, granted, because that is exactly the fear of why LPs feel like they're putting good money into bad.
