Get a really competent lawyer who's experienced in dealing with the requirements that will apply to your business. You may be better off as a startup company picking a single service offering, a single type of service rather than five or six different types of services. If you launch with all of them right out of the gate, you're setting a much higher bar in terms of the degree of difficulty that you're going to have to manage and master again.
