The Supreme Court May Revise the Doctrine of Qualified Immunity

The doctrine of qualified immunity was invented by judges. It is not found in the law itself, but judges came up with this idea that law enforcement officials have this qualified immunity from prosecution. The good news is that there are a bunch of qualified immunity cases that may be about to be dealt with by the supreme court. But i'm really hoping they will prune back or get rid of qualified immunity very timely as well.
