Is There a Time Course for Diabetic Neuropathy?

The onset of peripheral neuropathy and the hands and feet are kind of, you know, acute. So time course and distribution don't quite fit for diabetic neuropathy, but neuropathy still on the table. And then while we're talking about diabetes, there are actually diabetic cranial neuropathies. This is like a stroke of a cranial nerve. It's a microvascular palsy and a patient developed seven onset or acute onset.
