Is WordPress Really Open Source?

I was looking for something that was a little bit more, yeah, I could, I could go out and experiment alittle bit more because everything that I was doing was very much kind of in a box. So it was like, you know, I have to do this page today and target this keyword or I have to write this blog post about the subject. And that's how I ended up at, at a automatic where I was before I joined animals. Definitely had a lot more room for experimentation there.
