I would be curious to know on that conversation in terms of let's go down to a common thing that always gets put to someone that's renting and it's why would you rent. I feel like a big one for me and this is interesting because even let's use my car as an example as well like let's talk about asset liability kind of conversation. It made no sense for me to have a lump sum of cash sitting in a car that's driving around making me no money it's actually losing money. For me I was like okay cool I can just put a smaller amount down on that car go on a payment plan and now with that cash that I have available I can put that
