The Complexity of Formatting in the Gospels
The gospels are formatted using Hebrew poetry. You have various different kinds of parallelism. As well as the dull and tondruff, the punning. And on top of that, Jesus also uses other layers of formatting in addition to rhyme and reason or excuse me, rhyme and rhythm. For example, location, he delivers discourses either in specific locations or during specific feast. There's usually a tie in between the two.
