Our mission is to live always chasing, never stop. We are here because we know the outcomes and our lives are within our control. Taking absolute ownership of how we eat, sleep, train, think and connect with each other is how we'll optimize our health and happiness. Chasing excellence is how we grab hold of what is possible. It's time for another episode of "chasing excellence" With this in mind, i thought about a paradox: When we have high expectations for ourselves,what do we need to do to insure that the stress that or that we don't add stress to ourselves?
