I think what's really important is to know where you'd sit naturally. So if I'm racing the marathon at 137, I'm quite a bit under my normal body weight. And so I had to have these huge fluctuations where I'd get down to 137. That's what I raised ideally at. And then in the off season, go up to like 150 and then gradually, and I'd feel so much better if I did it. But not everyone's like that. Like my wife, Sarah is running professionally.
