Are You Seeing This Photo From 2021?

The president of Mexico posted a photo on Twitter claiming that it showed an alleged witch. The image does not have metadata, so we don't really know who took it or when it was taken. In fact, it's nearly identical to another photo from 2021 which is why I asked if you guys had seen this photo before. It wasn't described as that creature was described as a witch. But the outline and the glowing eyes also reminds me of a Thai film called Uncle Boone, me who can recall his past lives.
