Little decisions you make along the way i think that was all really well done um and it adds up to make you feel like i made 10 small good choices and then that added up very much affected the success chances of this run. It just falls apart when it's like oh a hospital is significantly better than everything else because i got to get rid of these negative perks before i get to the boss or if i don't get the hospital randomly then i may as well just put the damn day.
