China's One-Time Policy Affects Your Future
China has a policy called 93, that is ideally, they would like 90% of the old people to be able to age in home. The long-term care insurance program is still at its infancy and government is only piloting it. If today I need to go into some institution care, and if I don't happen to be in the pilot city, I have to bear the cost completely. And right there, you hear once again how the type of city you live in affects your future.
