How Did You Get Started With Video?
The team we formed going on a year and a half ago is myself videographer, full-time assistant, and then currently right now I have two full-time sales partners. And you made the comment of a videographer, which for many listening, that might have been like, huh, that's an unusual path for an early hire. But ultimately it comes down to the balance of time and what is my actual job. Kind of the lines get a little blurry, but being able to produce content at such a high quality and then also output level is challenging by yourself. So bringing someone on to kind of delegate some of those tasks had to be done.
