The wilderness is just this amazing canvas where anything is possible. And i love the feeling of travelling through it. It's an incredible thrill to get to travel to these very remote places. You're just wandering to your heart's content, far from any other a people. So there's all, it's all bound up in this am experience of being out in the wilderness that i find very appealing. I think many other people feel the same way.
We live in a noisy world by any estimation. And while we need people, we also need solitude.
This week I’m speaking with Adam Shoalts, who was named one of the “greatest living explorers” by Canadian Geographic. Adam is an author, speaker, and adventurer who has learned to tap into the rejuvenating power of solitude.
In our conversation, Adam reminds us about the importance of the solo adventure in life to reconnect with ourself and rediscover what matters most. I hope you will feel inspired to create more space than you have right now.
