Federico: The jury is still very much out on whether working from home impacts our own individual efficiencies and productivity. Some newsroom they were saying, actually, we have a rule to go back to the office, but we're really struggling to get people back concrete. And I think similarly has the same effect on productivity and a slightly different one, though, on a sense of belonging. It's certainly been a force for recognizing our own work-life balance.
