There are so many conspiracy theories about AIDS. One theory is that it was created as America was launching programs to help fight cancer during Nixon's presidency. Some of the theories state that they were using a vaccine that was found in primates contained in the ancestor virus of HIV. And when they were given to human subjects, it was infected with the toxic virus we know as of today as AIDS. The official narrative at best is lies sprinkled with truth. So there you go, operation, infection, so many things.
