How Do We Accelerate the FDA Trials?

i want the fda trials to happen, but i also think people should be having access sooner than later. It's a hard one for me. There needs to be more comet like there's a lack of common sense approach. We can't just treat it like it's this grand new chemical andnd take that same amount of time.
