i never speak in a sunday morning church service. I think this is the place where the word is to be proclaimed and the sacraments administered. But if i am asked to speak, for example, to a sunday school class that's mixed, or sunday evening service, i will do so under the authority of a man. There must be a man in charge at the meeting.
