I think that's why we use coaching so often. Which is our letting people set the course, but not necessarily the distance. If you're told what to do, you're not engaged on a core level because it wasn't part of your decision. You had no say in it. Yeah. I see where you're finding some resistance and it's like, oh, you need to push through that. Because these learning experiences is all about challenging themselves to develop,. So if you let them steer their own course, 100%, it's like you may not have reached the maximum you could have.
