Box breathing or four, seven, eight breathing is a more extreme version of a relaxation breath. It's done by the Navy SEALs and they use that to calm down and relax when they're in really stressful situations. Three deep breaths between tasks tends to help me focus in a way that is just so simple and super helpful.
