The league is making good money again this year it went up um to avoid what happened in 2016 where the cap jumped very high. The new collective bargaining agreement that just took effect limits the amount that the salary cap can increase per year as capped at 10 percent. By the time these young players right now Anthony Edwards who just signed his extension could be making 100 million dollars a year by the time those guys are done playing.
