Is This the Right Time to Buy a House?

When COVID crashed in the stock market and the economy, broadly speaking, rates were at an all-time low. Rates are like 7% for a 30-year fixed mortgage. But home prices have begun to come dropping because demand has really slowed. What I would say is that if you find a home that you really like right now, that you can afford the monthly cost on, I wouldn't quote unquote, wait much longer.
