We are not good at building things, and especially these intricate machines like what your ti mean, bowin. This is a forty year project, which has hollowed out our ability to do this. At the time when we were capable of doing this, which was the 19 forties, 19 fifties and 19 sixties, none of the structural problems in hollowing out that i just describe even existed. That's the issue. We haven't actually had to do anything like this in a long time. And my basic approach to politics? I'm just going to consistently gamble on that being true.
