Row vs Wade, a Supreme Court Decision in Plan Parenthood v. Casey

Roe versus wade is the supreme court decision from 19 73 that held that the constitutional right to privacy was broad enough to encompass a woman's decision to end a pregnancy via and abortion. Mississippi has conceitedly prohibited some pre viability abortions because ha fetus will not be viable at 15 weeks from a person's last per, which roe and casey held that states cannot do. Mississippi is pressing two arguments, both of which would make dramatic changes to the law governing abortion.
