The Challenges of CEOs in Silicon Valley

As a VC, you don't have the time to spend an hour and a half every week working with your portfolio CEOs on whatever issues are arising for them. I think one of the dirty little secrets of Silicon Valley and entrepreneurship is that it's a really hard and isolating job. Most founders don't have anyone in their lives that they feel like they can be fully vulnerable with  and burnout is socially except it's not cool to be pointed out.
