Is Biden a Realist or a Neo-Conservative?

There is a lot of questions about Hunter Biden's business, the students in Ukraine and also with now with these documents turning up at Biden's house. Could you shed some light on it for us? I actually do not think there is any evidence of corruption on Biden's part regarding Ukraine. And I don't think that making money or corruption has anything to do with this.
