Binance's Internal Culture and Dismissal of Authority

Catherine Coley, the former American CEO of Binance US seems to be testifying or cooperating with the SEC. CZ in particular seems to be in control of a number of shell companies and bank accounts that seem to handle the money. There's been reporting in the Wall Street Journal and elsewhere that CZ himself is being investigated.
