i feel like you've been really good at practising what you preach, even during tough time. What can folks do ahead of time to prioritise sleep? I think simple things like, you know, staying off the inner net when you get home. Maybe healthy eating, like not eating a huge, crazy meal, or drinking. But i also like that there's some self compassion there, right? Like you're going to do the best you can, and it might not be as good as it was before....
