The Power of Intention

If we have intention or purpose, we can rewire it. So that means that we can actually change the way we think. And so if we think we're not a morning person, the good news is we can become a morning person but it takes intention. Or as one of my heroes, John Cabot's input it, mindfulness or happiness for that matter, is awareness of the present moment on purpose nonjudgmentally. It reminds me of the phrase, you can be anything you choose to be. That intention, you can create your reality from.
