Up until 19 29, supposedly the quantity of printed money was oing to the quantity of gold every central bank had in its vaults. That's a fiction. And then rusvell comes in 19 33 and effectively ends the gold stamp - but bankers are not going to be allowed to conjure up money without permission from the state. So basically, banks cannot make no dreda oso its rits asa fiction.
