I don't think the chinese have the chops to do something as complex as this, says cobis. In relation to south africa, it will be very nteresting to see what they mention and I expect electricity issues to be on the agenda. It fits into a much, much kind of bigger kind of campaign or initiative ov a long time to try and deal with battery supply chain issues,. particularly on the back of offobidens, kind of explicit policy around those issues.
