The Importance of Culture Building in the RT Industry
The probability that you will have the same top five as, you know, someone else is one in particularly million. We advise people not to retake this assessment because human behavior doesn't change unless you go through any life changing situation. I think we are building RT for the future and when we see, it's a close to a four decade old company, but it remains very, very hungry from the future success point of view. There are close to 120 days of culture building work which we are taking every year last three years has been very, very powerful.
