Jack Ryan's Character Comes Into Question

Oso jack ryan's character comes into question here pretty quickly. The first problem though, that jack has to deal with is something that involved his brother. In halloween of 19 27, walter David was found dead in his home. He had been tortured to death and strangled with barbed wire. Well, ok, so he's murdered. Is not guilty? But i'm guessing, due to the dynamics of what's going on, that they came back guilty. No, oh, really. Not guilty. They believed not enough evidence,. which was shocking to me.
