Is There a Better Way to Promote Your Business?

If I had a budget to spend on some paid promotion, again, it would depend on the niche and market. But my first place would be buying ads and other newsletters. If you can find newsletters that fit your niche in your audience, yeah, that is where I would start. And then probably Facebook ads would be my third choice, because I don't think they can still work. The next thing I would definitely create additional content in some form, right? Blog post, social media, I would probably focus on one social platform.
