TANs Peru flight 204 was a domestic scheduled flight from Lima to Iquitos via Pucalpa. There were three crew, there was also a trainee pilot on board the Boeing 737. The plane reached its cruising level of 33,000 feet at 741 universal time and then began its descent approach in visual condition. But when it encounters minimum altitude or MDA descent, meteorological phenomenon does not allow it to maintain vertical or horizontal visibility.
