I was trying to turn these into luxury apartments, because I could see opportunity. And so we kept pushing on. The first time we ran out of money, we were able to use my realtor again. He gave me 20 grand to kick the can down the road a little bit further. But that was an unsecured line as well. Everything was just my word of mouth. This was all done in a personal name. There was no guarantees other than my word.
