Play in Relationships
As a child, i would run around the house any time there was a anti moment and to state whoever was listening, usually my dad or my sister, who was available for play. And what i came to realize was that idea that i needed a someone else to be playful was really based in my family,. My whole healing journey has been built on as re connecting with my body and learning how to cultivate that safety. So this isn't to say that play in relationship isn't important. It absolutely is. When you're able to be playful with another person, you're can demonstrate that safety and again, that self expression.
