The Importance of Training
I love that a previous role in my current company was building some, we were digitizing the shop floor component repair process. And I think like this is something like you can actually get in their shoes, you can train to do that thing,. You can work as if you were them and understand their pain points firsthand because you're doing the work alongside of them. It's way different than consumer stuff.
