You've talked to a lot of different athletes and in probably professional organizations I think you had some involvement with the Philadelphia Eagles a couple years ago. So my question is it clearly we have not figured out a way yet and those people in these very look I mean professional sports is big business they've not yet figured out how to project who is going to put in the deliberate practice or have some teams figure that out. You know college or high school might actually be sort of a better place to start introduce these ideas but once you have a whole team I think it's very hard to find the time and the resources where you actually will be able to help players.
